Well, the pcm and the ignition coil wiring are protected by fuse 21
check for continuity, check for resistances greater than normal.
Pop a fuse back in spot 21 and see if it blows (short to ground)
if so, you got a winning lead, if not check spot 21 for 12v and ground....I’m spitballing ideas here but that’s all I can do atm without knowing all this.
