99 XJ 2wd - Horn Issue

99 XJ 2wd - Horn Issue
New 99 XJ seems to have a horn issue. I checked the horn and it works with power. The relay makes a switching sound when the button is pressed, so I dont think the steering wheel switch is bad. Does any body know what I should check next? Thanks

You should be getting voltage to the horn. If you don't and the switch and relay are then it might be a broken wire or loose connection. Also make sure the horn's ground is not loose or corroded.
