Default 99 motor in an 87 !!

Greetings all! Alas, the lonely low km 99 cherokee motor on the stand in my shop will have a home. i picked up a clean grampa drivin 87 4 door the other day for $500! They thought the motor was dead, i fixed it in about a half hour, but it is still a little tired. Not a dana 44 unfortunately, but a starting point no less, i currently drive a 91 2 door with a 4 inch rubicon lift, new 31 ATs, and a slew of other offroad goodies that are all going to get transplanted to the 87!!
So, anybody out there been this ambitious lately! I have the whole harness for the 99 except the ecu, which i'll pick up soon, any input from someone who's been down this road would be killer. like will the 99 bolt to the aw4 in the 87, or are splines different ect. As i get into it i'll update.
This wont be my first tough engine swap, so im not scared!
Also, does anybody have a good blown up wiring schematic for a 99, i need to know all the underdash stuff from the ecu back.
