Default 99 just died.

My wife took my jeep to the store. Ran fine. Came out and it won't start. I haven't had time to do anything but give it a spray of ether. Could this possibly be a CPs? Do they just quit like that? Thanks.

Is there any way to test the sensor? Don't want to throw the $ away if that's not it.

Not starting is not the same as died. You need to go and check for NSS issue, fuel pump turning on, battery terminals actually connected tight and cleaned, etc

P.s and OP, you should post up every bit if info about the jeep so we can better help you. Year, engine, tranny, any lift, last tune up done

This^. Shift it to neutral and try to start. If it starts then it's likely your NSS, easy enough to swap or rebuild.
