99 jeep cherokee sport , when turning the steering, the horn relay inside the jeep starts to go crazy, sometimes it shuts the car off, i just wanted to see in the forum if anybody has had this problem, ive read that it can be the clock spring but i want to know for sure, i also had to disconnect the horns from underneath the car cause they started to go off nonstop, i also had the airbag light on and my cruise control went out too, any help would be appreciated.

 

I'm pretty positive that's a bad clockspring.
