99 chreokee ignition issue

99 chreokee ignition issue
i bought a 99 cherokee for parts. the vehicle was running two days ago. this vehicle was in a roll over but was driven here. it cranks, has fuel pressure. sprayed starting fluid and it fired a little but would not catch and just cranks.
pulled spark plug and it was wet. grounded it to block and cranked and no spark. any ideas on where to start first???
