Okay guys I'm stumped. I bought this jeep a year ago and it runs really good besides this little problem that I'm getting tired of here lately. When I go to crank my jeep first thing in the morning or go to crank it after I've drove it all day and let it sit for around 20 minutes it will take forever to crank up. BUT if before I start it I turn the key to on and off position really fast 3 times it starts right up every to me first try. Now I know your all thinking fuel pump now. Well I just relapced it with a top of the line fuel pump last week because I was hoping this was the problem. Other thing I've recently changed are:

Cps
Plugs & wires
Tps
I also have a parts jeep of the same year that starts right up every time first try and I've tried switching out my computer with that jeep and I tried switching out the whole throttle body. Still nothing. Now this isn't a real parts jeep but its my cousins and he don't mind that I try switching out some things.

Does anyone have any sort of idea or can think of something to try besides what I've tried?

Sounds like you're losing fuel pressure while the pump isn't running. Most likely causes... bad fuel pressure regulator or leaking fuel injector. Do a leak down test on your fuel system to see how long it is holding pressure after the fuel pump shuts off.

Mine was acting like that and it turned out to be a bad connection on the TPS. A little cleaning and tweaking and it has never done it since.
