98 ZJ scan INCOMPLETE?

98 ZJ scan INCOMPLETE?
Fixed fault code(P0301)cylinder#1 mis-fire with a tune up and new injector..
drove the ZJ about 55 miles,then to shop for state inspection..showed No Codes
but said Evap system&02 Sensor Heater INCOMPLETE! The shop said"drive it more and bring it back"..so..put another 200 miles on the ZJ and returned for inspection..hooked up the meter..and said the same thing..Evap&Sensor Incomplete! How long before the computer resets its self..or..is their another way to do this to get it inspected?? All Ideas will be helpful! Thanks.
