Default 98 xj making rapid knocking/tapping sound

My 98 jeep cherokee is making a knocking/tapping sound when im idling in drive with my foot on the brake, and goes away immediately when I shift to neutral, the sound isn't consistent, it's sporadic. I can feel it the driver side floor board, and I can feel it in the pedals, and it goes away when I let off the brake. I just replaced spark plugs, motor mounts and tranny mount, oil pressure and level are good, tranny fluid is good, Im a loss tbh, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could be loosening flex plate bolts.
