So its time for me to do the door hinge pin replacement on my 98 Classic's drivers door due to sagging. Replacing the door as well so I took the old door off, got the bottom hinge pin out and started to put the new pin in. The replacement pins come with the bushings, plastic sleeve and C-clip. I put one bushing in the top hinge hole - dropped in perfect fit. Went to do the same to the bottom hole but that hole is slightly smaller than the top and none of the bushings will fit. I could drill out the bottom hole a little to get it to fit but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this and what you did to fix it. Any advice is appreciated!
