Yeah pretty sure cause when I press the horn I hear the fuse
Box in the kicker panel inside click and the horn goes off and then the fuel pump fuse is under the hood and the fuel pump kicks on so there should be power to both of them

My XJ cut off on the way up the highway today and would not restart. No spark. Turned out some wires up near the front had dropped down and were laying against the exhaust manifold and had finally melted through and grounded out. Freaking sat on the side of Interstate 70 a couple of hours trying to figure it out.

Another time it turned out the MAP sensor and TPS both had a purple/white wire coming off which combined into a single wire up inside the harness. Somehow the junction of these 2 wires had broke and whenever the MAP sensor wanted to send a signal to the computer it ended up just sending it to the TPS which then read the sudden voltage spike and tried adjusting for it.

When all else fails start thinking "outside the box"

Is this a typo? Does it mean you didn't swap the ASD relay with the fan relay and only swapped a fuse?

That's what I was thinking something like that might of happend. This happend to my friend On the fuel rail the like plastic cover by the injectors with the wires running through I guess from vibrations the plastic starting cutting the wire and they grounded out and the jeep wasn't starting. I'm in school now but when I get home I'm going to check for some dangling wires or something lol

Ballist resistor on the left inner wheel well! Pull it off and see if it is burnt.
