97 Door wiring pin-out?
I am back after a roughly 2 year hiatus due to many issues. Ready to start back in on the XJ. My first project is going to be swapping in a pair of 97+ front doors.
I have searched this as many ways as I can possibly think of and can't find an answer...
Does anyone know FOR SURE the connector ID(s) for the door wiring on the 97+ front doors? I have the information from the pin-out section at Morris, but am uneasy with this info. I am pretty sure that several of the connectors are the same, but wired differently, specifically C305, the driver's door. Both the 96 (Pacific Coast) and 97+ (Morris on-line) FSMs say that the connector is the same, but I'm not sure I trust the 97+ based on what I've read in various forums.
I haven't run down all of the connectors or pin-outs yet, started with the driver's side and will work from there. I'd like to keep this as simple as I can, especially when I go to the JY to pull the doors. A little homework goes a long way.

I couldn't see it in the corner, too small.
The few threads that I have been able to find that describe the wiring in the swap talk about the "big" connector being 15 (or so) pins. Both documents that I've found have it at 13 pins. There are also several other smaller ones, or at least I think there are. I just want to make sure they are the same before I try to figure out how to use the stock connectors to wire it up, regardless of what wires I have to change, move, etc. I also want to make sure I get everything at the JY.
Where did you get that particular wiring diagram?

According to what I have in my hand, printed from Morris 4x4, the physical connectors are the same from 1996 up. I don't think that is accurate. That calls into question the actual pin-out and wire colors as well.
And yes, I know I could get both sides of the connectors, and probably will. I would really prefer not to spend all kinds of time and use my shaky soldering skills to put this together.
Anyone else?
