Default 97 Cherokee XJ, Runs then Dies within 2 Seconds

I've read all posts on here about no spark.

I've checked everything including c1 pins, changing harness, checking all grounds, checking voltage, replacing coil, camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor, ive taken apart the fuse box and put it back together to make sure it was all good, all fuses and relays checked; we are at our whitts end.

Please anyone with some 97 knowledge let me know if I'm just missing something.

The only questionable thing that I can't find an answer on is: our 91, 93, and 95s all have 3 ground wires going to the block on passenger side. This 97 has 2. Idk if 96+ only have 2 or if for some reason this harness is missing one. Thanks.

Stock 97, 4.0.

UPDATE:After changing EVERYTHING from tps to cps, iac to map, running down every single wire to make sure is a ok, changing computer to another computer... It runs for 2 seconds and then shuts off. Good fuel pressure and fuel pump working just fine Jumping ASD relay does absolutely nothing. All fuses are GOOD. I'm about to set a bomb off in this sh#tbox i swear. Idk what to do. Idk what to check. It's all new/replaced.

I can hear the frustration in your text. I know how much these things can be a bummer. I'll throw these out to check. You've probably checked them but maybe they bear checking again:

1) Pickup coil in the distributor?
2) Ign switch?
3) New Crank Position Switch (faulty?)
4) New coil any good?
5) Coil wire any good?
6) ECU?

Can't have too many Batt-to-body & Engine-to-body grounds. Should be at least one of each. But that shouldn't stop it from a spark.

pickup coil is new, cps is new, coil is new, coil wire is getting power. What in ignition switch should i check? Its turning the starter, just no spark at the coil.

Afaik based on other forum posts on how to check ecm, it seems to be fine. Via checking a7 and whatnot.

ECM is clean and grounded?

Also, is the Coil, all wires connected to it, as well as the Engine bolt/Connections clean? I have replaced coils in the past, and discovered that the wires going to it, [ALL 3 WIRE CONNECTIONS, BOTH SIDES] while clean, didnt carry a good electrical load because they were Brittle and Dry/Worn out... try having someone else start it, while you grab AND manipulate the wires on the coil (pulling and pushing and shaking) with a LEATHER Welding or FULL RUBBER thick glove on.
Wires that are "Shady" might show you that, when someone is "Cranking" it, and you "WiGGLe" wires or connections...

If they are "Cranking it" and it's "Starting" and you "Wiggle" stuff around, and it Starts.... it's a good place to look to fix...

As a gift, I'll tell you, when your friend is Cranking, grab the wiring harness running along the Top of the Engine Bay, from Right to Left, and Wiggle it (Hard) while they are Cranking it.... if it Starts...
your problem is in that Harness.
(Please pass this information on to others.)
God Bless!

Also...
ANOTHER issue i ran into, however rare, was purchasing a Coil that was Defective right out of the factory, because i bought one that was cheap (within my Budget at the Time)
have you tried switching it out?
Seems dumb, but it also seemed Dumb when I did it, to eliminate what I thought was the "Next Link in the Chain". Of my electrical Connections...
I kinda felt dumb, then ANGRY after...
GL. Buy a new coil, from NAPA, and see?
Please let us know your results.

I.E. (In Explanation)
if the juice is getting to the coil, and there is NO SPARK.... well, MayBe it's the Coil Itself?

If starts when wiggling the wiring harness along the TopSide of the Engine Bay...
Thank God you found the Problem, Literally...
Then, track down which wire was/is Faulty...
