97 cherokee no fuel no spark
I have a 97 two door with a 4.0 and I got it wet the a week ago I have changed the plugs wires cap rotor pick up coil ecm and th rank position sensor and I'm still getting no spark and no fuel a guy told me today hat it could be locked down from a security feature. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

You may want to see if it's an Automatic Shutdown (ASD) Relay problem.
Go to your Power Distribution Center (PDC) - see pic (pic says 98/99 but the 97 is the same for this purpose).
Switch the ASD relay with the radiator electric fan relay and see if the problem persists. If so, remove the ASD fuse and see if it's blown. If not, replace it anyway then try it again.
The ASD fuse in the PDC protects the power contacts in the relay. Fuse F11 in the Junction Block (JB) fuse panel in the passenger foot well. It protects the ASD relay control coil. See if it's blown. See JB pic.
If the problem persists, the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) may be faulty. The PCM receives a signal from the CPS that the crankshaft is turning, then the PCM activates the ASD relay. If the PCM does not receive a crankshaft rotation signal within two seconds the PCM will shut down the ASD (and fuel pump).
