Default 96 non-ABS booster/MC/Prop Valve into an 89 non-ABS?

I've also got a thread going over on NAXJA, but I figured the more XJ eyes this could see the better. My single-diaphragm booster in my 89 Limited is shot, and I was intending on doing the WJ swap. Unfortunately, the only two WJ's at the yard I went to today weren't in good shape and wasn't comfortable with those parts. I happened to find an all-but-complete 1996 2wd non-ABS 4.0 XJ, and grabbed the booster, master cylinder, and proportioning valve from it as I've been reading that those can be swapped as well. What modifications do I need to do to make this fit? It seems like the prop valves and the lines going into them from the XJ are the same, and it APPEARS that I would only have to modify the rod on the booster. Is this true? My XJ is my DD and only running vehicle, so I need to know what all I need before I take it apart and realize I needed more parts. Here is what I snagged at the junkyard today.

Hoping to do this tomorrow, so I'm hoping I can get some input overnight tonight and tomorrow morning so I know what to get before I take anything apart. Thanks!

Yes this will work just gotta make brake lines im pretty sure 96 pro valve has different threads than yours. Using yours will save time just use fittings from it and new master to make lines. Short lines can be purchased at auto parts ,then need flaring tool . Make note of how lines are flared and reflare same way .
