'96 dash bezel removal
In order to get the bezel on the dash off do you have to take the steering column cover off? If you do is it just as simple as unscrewing it?

Thanks LowRange. My '92 was a piece of cake but it's hard getting the bezel around the column cover with the airbag and I didn't want to break it.

Ah, I forgot the 96 has that huge column cover. It may be easier to take it off. I've never removed one like that. I remove the one off my 98 easily without removing the column cover.

Ugh. I hate the dash bezel. I couldnt figure out how to remove the column cover so i just yanked the dash bezel. I got lucky and didnt break it. Probably not the route you wanna go though cause it is risky

There is only 2 torx headed screws holding the steering wheel cover on. It's rather small , I can't remember the exact size. I pulled mine off several times and it makes it a LOT easier if you remove the cover.
