96 cherokee no spark no fuel pressure and gas gauge shows over full?

96 cherokee no spark no fuel pressure and gas gauge shows over full?
Ok, I'm at a total lose on my 96 Jeep... I pulled my trans (ax15) to rebuild it. While I had the trans out I went ahead and swapped motors. I put it all back in and it all back together.
Now here is my problem
I have no spark no fuel pressure and my gas gauge is showing way past full my relays are not clicking.
What I have done
Ive replaced all the relays (I have a whole parts jeep)
Checked every fuse
Cleaned all of the grounds
Replaced cps
Tried a differnt ecm
I can ground the the relays and they will come on. the fuel pump comes on. But still no spark?
Im at a loss here.
Things to check?
Help? Im open for suggestions. Anything at this point.

You have any power at all like radio and lights ? What about asd relay ?
