It's that annoying thing sticking out of the block with the wire coming away from it that's all in the way of pulling your old oil filter up and putting the new filter down. But from what I understand, if it was leaking, oil would be blowing out of the engine quick.
If it's a new leak after changing your oil, and you're sure you tightened your new filter, I'd bet that it's the oil filter adapter. Look around here for more information on that one.
