Default 96 Cherokee County Muliple Error Codes

1996 Jeep Cherokee Country has been running rough. 8 MPG. Stutters at 45. Bad gas smell from exhaust. Multiple error codes.

P0123 - TPS Volts High
P0118 - Enginge Coolant Temp Sensor High Volts
P0108 - MAP Sensor High Volts
P0113 - Intake Air Temp Sensor High Volts
P0171 - Fuel System Lean At Limit Bank 1

I've cleaned the throttle body, changed plugs+Cap+wires, replaced 02 sensors, replaced engine coolant temp sensor, replaced fuel filter, had the CAT checked, and cleaned MAP sensor.

Took it to Jeep dealership and they said it would cost thousands to figure out. Took it to a shop I trust and they couldn't figure it out.

Any thoughts here? Anyone else have this problem?

I'm going to check the wiring harness bundle. Might find something there.

Check and clean all grounds and battery connections.

Then clear the codes and try again.

Need to find a diagram with all the grounds.

Jeep said they cleared the codes, but Auto zone scanner brings up the same codes. I don't think they touched it.

Ok, maybe this will click.

The weather affects the issue. The last day and a half the temps dropped into the 30's and 40's, and my Jeep ran just fine. No issues at all. But this afternoon it warmed back up into the 60's and all the issues came back.

Any know why my Jeep would run like new in cold weather and then run like crap in warm weather?

Now I just have to google why colder weather makes the Jeep run perfect.

New Symptoms. Huzzah!

Its raining pretty bad today. I was doing 35mph and the Jeep started surging 5mph faster, then back to 35. Did it 8 or 9 times.

I pulled up to my house and put in park. Held the gas pedal at a constant 3000rpms. The engine started sputtering and continued to rev after I took my foot off. Took the key and it was still sputtering for a good 10 seconds.

That's all new, and I'm guessing the rain is part of what caused it. Any guesses.

These codes haven't changed.

P0123 - TPS Volts High
P0118 - Enginge Coolant Temp Sensor High Volts
P0108 - MAP Sensor High Volts
P0113 - Intake Air Temp Sensor High Volts
P0171 - Fuel System Lean At Limit Bank 1

But Autozone said they can't clear them. Jeep claims they did, but no change between the two times I had Autozone run them.
