'95 no spark problem

motor is from '95 2WD, i swapped trannies tcase and lift from a wrecked '93. the motor ran fine before the swap. now i have a no spark issue. The coil has 12 volts going into it, but no spark coming out. Ive tried two different coils
what am i missing?

Agreed. The crankshaft position sensor is the primary suspect. And with a motor swap, the wiring is often damaged. Check it.

there isnt a motor swap it was a tranny swap motor is stock havnt touched it would that still be CPS?

I actually meant transmission swap, as the crank sensor is located on the transmission bellhousing.

Only takes a few minutes to follow the wiring from the crank sensor to the connector inside the engine bay.

Check it for damage and be sure it's connected to the connector located near the firewall #6 injector.
