Default 95 Dash board fuel gauge

Recently lost the fuel quanity gauge power and the spedometer. It comes and goes, but has finally quit. Is this a fuse issue and if so where do I go to look for the problem. The fuse panel under the dash has no front plate that ID's the fuse locations.

Tks
Jeff

Fuses either are good or bad, they do not come and go,if it works then quits and works again,I would look behind the cluster for loose wires or ground,it is also possible you have a shorted wire on the frame underneath,if that happened it could blow a fuse.
i assume you do not have an owners manual?if not pull all the fuses one at a time and see if any of them are blowen.
