95 cherokee transmission issues

95 cherokee transmission issues

Have 95 cherokee 2wd manual thats stuck in third gear. dont really off road, but would like to fix. Any suggestions on where to start? Mahalo.

If its not shifting into od you need to clean your Neutral Safety Switch.

Umm manuals dont have NSS. If Its stuck in gear i would bet that the tran is toast, Does it have oil in it?

What were you doing when it got stuck in gear?
