Exclamation 95 with 2 problems

ok i have a 95 xj with a 94 engine its a 4.0

prob#1: it falls on its face close to everytime i start it wether it is warm or cold. also when im driving it does it sometimes to but when i give it more gas it goes away it today got really bad and stalled on me so i let it sit for a while and it fired back up. i have replaced the coil,plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter

prob#2: sometime when i put it in reverse and give it gas i hear a popping sound all the u joints have been replaced so i am lost. it has a 3 inch BDS lift and it has 31" mickey thompson mtz

well first off ppl are going to ask you if its lifted and all that so you should tell em.

where does it sound like the popping sound is coming from?

nope but it pops out of 4x4 sometimes if i am really beating on it

hmm...Have you tried jacking up the rear so the tires are off the ground and putting it in reverse and seeing if it still pops? I would try that.

no i layed underneth it on a creeeper while my buddy drove it in and out of revewrse and it didnt do it untill i got out from underneth it
