94 cherokee fan speed does not work on high

94 cherokee fan speed does not work on high

Ac fan works on every speed but the highest. The blower motor resistor is working for the other lower three. I read that the highest speed is straight through and does not have a resistor; is this true?

Anyone deal with this problem?

My 99 ac works fine, I am referring to my 94 up and down **** just in case someone reads to fast and forgets

You are right the resistor is bypassed for the high speed. I would check the speed control **** connections to see if it has melted I have seen many melt and cause problems with the speed control.
