Default 94 bogs chugs smokes and dies under load

My 94 blew the 6th piston threw the side of the block so i swapped the motor. Now it starts and some times will run fine then itll start to chug and bog back fire smoke and then given any gas it dies. Ive searched and searched with no avail for a solution. The only after market part isa cold air intake that whistles pretty loud when it starts to run rough. Any ideas what this could be?

Just replaced the temp sensor at the back of the head, and the plugs. When i take the oil cap off the valve cover i can hear what might be a rattling lifter but it doesnt tick and its not loud enough to hear when the oil cap is on.

Sounds like you've got a vacuum leak that's pissing off the MAP sensor. The little vacuum tube from the MAP on the firewall should be connected to the throttle body and not have any cracks, etc.

Just checked the plugs and the 5th cylinder plug has oil on it. Which i would presume cause a missfire and smoking but what would make oil cover this plug and no other ones

Just checked the plugs and the 5th one is oil covered. Which i presume would cause a misfire. But what would cause this plug to be oil covered but no other ones. Ive read a bad valve cover gasket can cause plugs to have oil on them but typically its more than one plug. Is this true?

So you dont think the oil on a single plug would cause it to bog smoke and die? I checked the the map sensor vacuum line and it was good no leaks even went as far as buying a new sensor and no changes she still runs like crap. Any other things that could cause these problems? I did just notice oil on the drivers side of the block looks like its coming from the intake which stumps me again because to my knowledge no oil goes threw the intake haha

Nah you are running very very rich. I'd keep looking for vacuum leaks. Spray water or carb cleaner around every single vacuum fitting and the manifold.

Well found out that there was a slightly bent lifter rod and now shes running alot better with the new rods still sputters abit after getting warmed up tho check vacuums and all seemed good to go. And chance it could be the iac or a o2 sensor?

Yep, sure could. Is it still whistling? Only a vacuum leak causes that.

Its whistling from the cold air intake could it be sucking to much air?

No, air flow is restricted by your throttle plate. Where exactly is it whistling from? Is there a poor fitting? Can you put the original airbox back for test?
