The idler pully (under the AC) was stuck and burnt/broke the serp belt.

I was able to loosen the pully bolt without too much trouble and when I did the pully turned just fine.

I do want to replace it, however I have been wrenching on that bolt for what seems like a long time and its turning but not coming out

Is there a dang nut on the back I can't see? How long is that bolt?
