You are sure it is not the oil filter adapter O rings leaking. (mimics the rear main cuz it blows right back there)
Also...the front CCV vent on your valve cover is free to vent?

Sheez. Sorry man. What a bummer. Do be sure on that vent. I plugged mine with a cork or something until I could find the right repair, and the pressure in the crankcase made it pee all over. Really, that needs to be free.
Guess if you rule that out, and you are 100% positive that's not oil that is dripping from have been running before. (blowing back, then dripping)...something went wrong. Idk if the pan would even DO that just sitting, maybe someone else does.
Everything drips there. No way it's the valve cover?
You double checked the level, with the right dipstick?

OK...I just can't over emphasize that enough. Pressure in there WILL cause that. Because it's the net and I can't see it or be there....you might run it a bit with the oil filler cap off just to be dead sure you are not going back in there when pressure was your problem.

Every now and then being a pest pays off, sorry! So it's a new tube. Make sure a mud wasp or something didn't get in there..I suppose just having the dipstick out should give it a vent. ???
Myself I generally trust the parts I get at Napa. The last RM I saw from there was Felpro I think. Man...that sucks.., I hope it's crankcase pressure...
