If it is on the exhaust stroke you will have to keep cycling until the number one piston reaches tdc again. That should put the piston on the compression stroke.

If the plugs are drenched in fuel either:
a) there is not a good spark
b) the fuel system is faulty
If the engine is that flooded it may never start. Try removing all the plugs drying with compressed air, disconnect the coil crank over engine, replace plugs & see what happens after reconnecting the coil.

OK update I took out the injectors and the number 1 plug turned it over and what happens is it sparks then shoots fuel no to me sounds like it would be the Cam sensor or (coil pick up) as it's sold in autozone can anyone cosign this does it make sense

OK got the new Cam sensor fired right up now will a new intake exhaust gasket smoke a little I'm getting a little smoke from under the header
