It starts and runs fine but when it warms up it stalls and hesitates if revved over 1100rpms any body have any ideas

 

If this only happens when engine is hot, you most likely are suffering from "thermal" (heat related) failure.

If it is more of a hesitation, I would test the ignition coil. If it stalls, the crankshaft position sensor.

Your coil can be tested with a manual outlining the procedure and a meter. You test for primary/secondary resistances.

Both of the above components can suffer from thermal failure and are primary suspects.

If both of those check out, the #3 suspect is the "camshaft position sensor" located inside of the distributor.

And with all of the above advice, you absolutely must verify fuel delivery WITH A GAUGE. Verify your readings with factory spec.

 

checking to see if fuel pressure drops when warm might be fuel pump is getting ready to crap out
