I thought the renix and ho cps used different ohm loads? my bad. and if your getting spark at the wrong time wouldnt that cause issues? have you checked to see if the injectors actually are firing?

so you have the 92 fuel rail 92 cps 92 throttle body and all the 92 wiring hooked up. the engine has spark timing has been fixed your getting fuel and the injectors are working. the little mass air thing is hooked up on the back fire wall. plugs are gapped corectly. is this all true?

jsut trying to help not meaning to bug you so much. things i always check fuel/ ignition/ and air.

also when you switched distrubitors did you get the alignment correct to top dead center. i know when i put my new one in i had the distrubitor alignment pin 180 degrees.

No all the stuff on the motor is from that motor all the connections are the same. So the only thing I switch over was the altenater and the power stering pump and I checked the air and fuel both good and I have spark witch is why I thought timing

And when I got it the distributor was already on and it was 180 off so I fixed it and I think it still might be off I think I did it on the exhaust stroke instead of the compression stroke
