Getting code 13, 14, 13. Replaced map sensor but think it was wired incorrectly by PO as it was spliced and reconnected, but when replacing the motor the wires came separated. I now "think" they are hooked up properly but still running bad. Colors are from left to right, standing looking at it

black blue, green red, purple white

Along with the codes, jeep smokes some, idles like fouled plugs sometimes, and runs poorly, popping under acceleration and jerking pretty badly when it hesitates. Think the new map sensor could be bad? Or could I have messed it up if I originally wired it wrong? And do them codes mean its bad definitely?
