90xj acting like trans power switch is on

looked at the connectors under the hood by the dip stick and they have a lot of grime on them but cant mess with them in the rain because I have no shelter. I cleaned and checked fuse and connections under the glove box. I did disconnect my battery for a few and my radio is working now. What is that whit switch called so i can find the part?

I looked at that and everything is good there.

HOLY ****ING ****.. after months of ****ing with this torque converter all I had to do to fix it was push that white box flush against the brake pedal!!!!
