I noticed that the vibration damper is popping out of the crankshaft pulley. I found the oem part at mopar parts. Will replacing the vibration damper effect the timing, timing chain or crankshaft etc??? I don't want to open a can of worm if its not really a big issue.

 

Has anyone changed their vibration damper in the crank pulley?? Need some advice here. I dont want to mess with the timing or create any new problems.
