My scrap metal guy dropped these off for me today. Wonder what I can turn them into.

 

Weld some rim's on um. Drive to the summet of the highest snow covered mountain you can find. Chuck your front wheels in the back, bolt those puppies on and take the "fall line" back down. That's a skiers term for following where a ball would role down the hill. Then report back!

Oh.. you might want to cap off your rear brake line, so you could lock the skies with the front calipers

 

Genius idea there Flintstone. Screw capping the brake line. Got to leave those skies unlocked so I can articulate down that mountain.

 

I meant cap the rear, so locking the front would be optional, with the petal. That there might take a few practice run's/Jeeps.

Got my truss burned in today. Waiting on stupid Uncle Sam do I can order the gears. Mailed my taxes in over a month ago....

 

New ball joints, UCA bushing and some paint. Can't wait to get this thing in. Will be running it as a dummy axle until it gets the new gears. No axles or drive shaft.

 

Hey Bubba..I'll fork over a C note, (and put you up for a night), if you'd come up here and give me a ride to SR. Also a buddy needs to go south to Ukaha on Saturday....Little desperate here. No bus service, and rent-a-car is over $200. Or ANYONE!
