90 jeep cherokee canister in front front bumper????

Default 90 jeep cherokee canister in front front bumper????

i took off the end caps for my front bumper on my 90 cherokee its a 4.0 looks like a vacuum canister but not to sure it sits in the front bumper on pass side anyone know what this is

vacuum ball. nailed it.
a lot of people relocate it when they replace the bumper.

Yupp ^what he said I found mine when I replaced my bumper and it broke off so if that happend just clog the line and all your hvac controls and cruise will work.. that's all the thing does

I threw it away and plugged the hose.

I broke the hose off by accident, said screw it and put it in the engine bay, it's crammed between the oil filter and dizzy, no issues with cruise or heater.

yeah ima try it tomorrow see what happens prob with with clog the lines less junk under the hood

Good to know that clogging the lines will make everything work again. I broke mine wheeling a few weeks ago.

your ac will not stay blowing thru the dash vents under hard acceleration it will switch to defrost vent with out the storage ball fyi
