Well I have replaced all the sensors on my 90 xj all new vac hose new fuel filter swapped out a couple fuel regulators new spark plugs on and on well it still takes for ever to start back firers when try to push gas and start once it's started push gas it dies I can push gas real fast to get to rev higher. I'm almost out of ideas mabe someone else ran into this before ? Any ideas ?

 

If you have a meter, testing the CPS literally just takes a couple minutes. Always nice to spend a second to rule that one out....first. There is a write up on that Cruiser did in my signature.

 

Ever done a fuel pressure test?

 

No pressure test yet I'll go do that and up date. The cps is what I was sure it was so I just bought a new one still having the problem thanks I'll up date soon

 

Cool...just if you do have a dvm, it's pretty quick, and some number of new ones are bad. Some will only go with OEM from Jeep on that. I seem to have done OK with an Echlin from Napa. Pretty important that.

 

Well update I don't have fuel tester off to the store

 

So it was the hose in the tank on the fuel pump
