I'd also break out your meter and verify the temp sensor for the computer is working properly, otherwise it may stay in the richer open-loop mode. Also verify the O2 sensor is getting power and it's the correct type.

Can you even get one? On his website it looks like everything is Out of Stock.

Do you have the factory service manual? With a multimeter you can pretty much do anything that REM does (except it's a little more a lot more labor intensive).

Nick's FB page FYI:

I can't promise any manufacturing date just yet, but I'd like to get a batch rolling by summer 24 at the latest. I'll keep you posted but there is finally hope again for continued production. This will however be the last batch as these chips will likely never be produced again.

Everyone wants a quick fix, but with this vehicle's age and history of being hacked just take your time.

You have a new catalyst and O2 sensor. I'm betting that ultimately your going to find some other bad sensor, bad injector (s) and/or wiring/electrical problem.
as I’m going through my dipstick stud cleaning on cruisers page, I noticed both my battery negative cable and my sensor cable are both connected to the dipstick stud. I can’t seem to find any cables connected to the block in front of the stud so I’m assuming the PO rerouted the battery negative by the dipstick. Could this be affecting my situation?

that's fine. Clean and refresh it well and carry on to the rest of the tips

I think I might have found what could be causing the issue.

As I inspected what I believe to be the tps connector, I noticed cut wires from what I remember to be the c terminal (don’t quote me on that). I don’t know what purpose this specific wire has, but I am assuming it’s important.

Where does it go? TPS is on the throttle body. There?
Is your Jeep manual or auto trans?

I don't like that RED fuel line I see. Is it fuel line or heater hose?

Also your MAP sensor has a zip tie holding it on. That's fine, but is it staying in place?

My xj has an auto trans. The zip tie is holding the map sensor in place well, and the red line is a fuel line connected to the rail. As far as the connector It is not connected to the throttle body, it is a little bit behind it

Connector in question located in my hand

Is that a square 4 wire connector with only 3 wires in it?

Our concern on the red hose is that it might not be compatible with fuel and therefore dangerous!!

the connector I am holding is a flat 3 wire connector with one of them cut. I’m having trouble figuring out what it connects to as one side runs into a loom and the other runs down by the firewall

That could be the CPS connector. Only 2 wires are used.

yup, that placement looks right. I wonder why a 3 wire connector is used?

I have no idea, but they used it.
