89 xj heater only works through the defrost vents?
Ok hopefully someone can give me some good info on why my heater only works on defrost. My a/c works fine through the vents but when I run the heater it only wants to work on defrost. Is this a vacuum problem?

When the a/c is on it works fine, but when I run the heater it only wants to defrost and some at my feet it won't blow out of the dash vents.
