I'm sorry but I hope you have good insurance. If you get hit by another vehicle that pop riveted tin can is gonna kill you and worse yet any innocent passengers you have riding with you. Unibody vehicles rely on the body being structurally sound. That means welded seams and panel joints. Cheap a$$ pop rivets are not going to offer any of that in a collision. I would hope you can see where I'm coming from, this is just not safe.

Insurance may not cover him or anyone else if they see that kind of repair work should they ever need to do an estimate anyways. OP, your post about fiberglass in the fab section makes more sense to me now. The one pic you posted there did not reflect the massive amount of work that you did here, and the amount of work that needs to be done to make it correct. Again, not slamming you, but if I were you I would consider the work you have already done a temp fix at best, let it get you through the winter, but either get it fixed the right way, or scrap it and get another body/jeep. As stated there, just my deuce Lincolns...

I didn't think The rocker was structural, I saw the pillar go to the subframe behind it, and I wasn't really warned about that. I will definitely Get it welded in as soon as I can. Thanks for the heads-up!

It's a Unibody, every part part or section ties into another to maintain structural integrity. Take one part out or fix it incorrectly and you compromise everything.
