Supper. That will be a good thing to know. Those relays don't seem to fail often, but the ign. switch, and the connection/plug to it, DO!
I copied this from a post I made on the Smokestack/Onan Generator forum.
"The standard Single Pole, Double Throw relay cut's power from the bottom to the center, and put's it out the top, when current is flowing from one side to the other. I thought this might help

I would be more confident swapping a good relay into the mix first. Jumping wires while someone else turns a key is often a recipe for disaster.
Don't attach a plug directly to the coil. Can't see the purpose of this - You said you already have replaced rotor, cap for distributor, new wires and new plugs and that didn't fix the issue so don't re-investigate that yet. You still haven't determined correct voltage to coil, or whether then new coil is good (other than it's new). To me, the fuel pressure is still a mystery.
If you heard the fuel pump prime with the key on and the relay jumpered, then put a new relay in (they're $5 bucks). This should also confirm that the ignition switch is good too since the relay is turning the pump on. If it works with the new relay, now you have confirmed it was a bad relay from the get-go. If it doesn't work with a new relay, now you have to investigate connection issues (clean them, check wire condition etc). Next, check for adequate fuel pressure at the rail. If you have 28-31 PSI, then you have the right pressure. If it's too low, you have either a bad fuel filter or faulty fuel pump or power to pump is an issue. BE SYSTEMATIC!!
I always assume the Jeep is basically perfect and that there is one basic thing not working. Prove out that things are good before looking for things that "might be". You do this by systematically determining "GOOD STATE" (i.e. fuel pressure, pump running etc etc.).
A NO RUN condition is far easier than a RUNS POORLY issue. There is a basic problem here that you are missing.

Hey guys. I know i kind of fell from the face of the earth. But i just wanted to thank you all for your help. I did finally find out what the problem was. The ECU actually went bad. I guess from the windows being open for 3 years while sitting. But she runs and drives awsomely.
