Alright got it. Worked on it a little last night and tonight after a 10hr day...between work and family I only get about 1-1.5 hrs a night to work on it....I think its time tto start a build thread

99 was it? I forget. Filling out the info there helps people know what you have, <<<. Pretty important. Anyway just a thought...If you DID happen to see a casting mark inside there "tupy", I suppose there is an outside chance you just have a run or the mill bad head gasket. Also you might want to verify that there IS "0331", stamped on the drivers side, top edge. They may hove gone to the 0331 during 99. http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/tech_specs.html
