87 4.0 renix a/c conversion

I finally installed everything for a a/c conversion from R12 to R134. I'm confused about the service ports. Everything I've read online shows 2 service ports. I have only 1 service port. Am I missing something?

Isn't that a service port pointing forward on the left along with the upward pointing one on the right?
