I have an 86 cherokee chief, it has a 2.5L 4cyl. turd in it, i bought it stock other than a set of 31x10.50's it had a bad knock to it internally, later i pulled the motor and it had a broken piston in the 3rd cyl, i replaced all bearings and the broken piston and all new rings, i am still having problems with it not having much power, i am used to driving trucks with v8's and diesels, is it just me or is something wrong with this turd... are the 2.5s just turds or....?
