After long thought and pondering if I was right, I called Team Valvoline and was told 10W-30 Valvoline High Mileage Maxlife truly does contain 800 ppm ZDDP. Only their VR-1 Racing Oil contains more, but that's only heavier oils.

I use the VR-1 in my Alfa Romeos. 20-50. Little 120 cubic inch 4 cylinder with 7 quart oil capacity. Finned oil pan with built in baffles.

My last oil sample with 5k miles on it showed 1157ppm zinc. Ive attached the report that covers my last 5 samples. From left to right on that page.

Rotella T 10w30 (T4 dino not syn or syn blend)
Rotella T 10W30
Supertech 15w40 diesel (2 gallon jugs for 19 dollars)
Supertech 15w40 diesel
Mobil Delvac 15w40 diesel

 

Not sure what your point is. Are you looking for a high ZDDP oil? If so, most diesel oil contains much higher levels of ZDDP. I prefer full synthetic Rotella T6 5w40 but it is a bit spendy.
