I'm looking to do a 8.8 swap in my XJ. While doing the swap, I was also going to do a home made hack and tap and rear CV drive shaft using an XJ front drive shaft. My question is, does anyone know where to get the correct yoke that goes on the t-case output shaft to accept the CV drive shaft? Also, does anyone know where to get the flange that goes on the very rear u-joint that attaches the drive shaft to the yoke on the 8.8? Any help would be awesome!
For the flange check you r local drive shaft shop, or search online with the many different vendors. Also there is the dealership. Make sure you get the spicer part.
As for the yoke count the splines and call up a vendor and tell them the spline count as well as the size u-joint you want to use.
