A lot.

Needs new brackets and breaks obviously.

Look on ruffstuffspecialities for the bracket kits.

Does the gearing even match up?

Flange adapter for the driveshaft, can't remember if the XJ driveshaft is the correct length.
AntiWrap Spring Perches
Longer U-bolts
Shockmounts

shoulda grab the old disks brakes with it cause the core charge will be just as much and like they said

-spring perches
-shock mounts
-1310 or 1330 flange adapter cant remember which one at the moment
-possibly a different drive shaft depending if your running SYE or not but you can always use an XJ front shaft
-brake lines
