So i am getting ready to head out the door to pick my 8.25, i have the BENDIX ABS system i have been told i cant pull the fuses due to it being a messed up ABS, i am looking to talk to someone with a 90 jeep or anyone who has done this swap, what i was going to do was just not hook up the speed sensors to the rear wheels that way i could still have the "power" breaking just not to the rear. Any input will be helpful thanks guys!
if you pull the fuse to the abs system you will still have your normal brakes you just wont have abs. if you dont care about abs no need to hook up any wires to the rear. Your power brakes are thew the brake booster and hydralic lines.
It also depends on where you live and if your vehicle is rewuired to go through inspection. Some states have laws that all vehicles components must function properly in order to renew the registration. If your state require inspection and the ABS has been disabled then it will fail. Check the laws in your state.
