Question 8.25 29 Spline Locker options help needed

Hello all,
I'm saving for a rear locker for my 8.25 29 spline.
What is there out there for a mechanical locker?

Air and electric is too involved for me and too much money.

My friend got a rear locker for his yota for $230.
is there anything for the jeep around that price?

thanks all.
