Looking at photo #5, I'd say just crank the rod end out until the thing is centered. Shouldn't be too tough.

Gives you more flex up front. Doesnt handle as well on road if you dont have them connected.

Kind of like the suspension lockout on my mountain bike, if I forget to unlock it when I go off road it can get pretty hairy.

easy, disconnect the adjustable end of your track bar, have someone get in the jeep and turn the wheel til the axle is centered. Have them hold it there, and you adjust the track bar out until it lines up with the hole. That's why it's adjustable.
