Has anyone put 6.5" speakers in the front doors currently i have 5.25" Alpine S and i wanna run 6.5'' Alpine type R components and i am wondering if any one has installed 6.5" speakers. If you have pics would help me

 

i have 6.5 i just cut out the hole with a jigsaw

 

I had 5.25" speakers in my 95 but you could fit 6.5" with a little cutting. I had to trim a little to fit 6.5" speakers in my 99 so it can defiantly be done.

 

go on fleabay they have plastic spacers for 6.5 speakers if you don't want to cut

 

ohh i forgot to mention i had to go with shallow mount speakers on my 99 bc the regular ones kept hitting my window.
